I had a lovely stay at Cadwgan House. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, with tea and coffee facilities available. The owners and staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was varied and delectable, perfect for starting the day well.

We had a lovely stay with our 4 kids, enjoying the delicious breakfast with lots of options. The staff was genuinely friendly, and we appreciated the clean rooms. The nearby beach was fantastic for a day of family fun — perfect for making sandcastles!
In my wife’s opinion, the beds could be softer.

Highly recommend for families
The breakfast was a standout. they served fruit, cereal, and then asked what hot items we'd like, with coffee brought to the table, can't beat that! the kids loved the play area outside. it was so nice watching them while we enjoyed our morning coffee.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but still reasonable for what you get.

I had a lovely 5-night stay in a Superior Double or Twin Room, where the breakfast was exceptional and well worth waking up early for. the towel situation was quite disappointing. fresh towels were only provided every other day. I'd definitely stay here again if I could.

Couples seeking a cozy stay
I first booked a 2 night stay and got upgraded to a four poster bedroom, which was nice and the bathroom was huge. You know, I called the hotel for some evening meal info after a long drive and they told me I had options, but turns out the restaurant I walked to had run out of food, it was almost comical! But thank god for fish and chips.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still manageable.

The inclusive breakfast options were impressive, featuring a variety of freshly cooked dishes that set a delightful tone for the day. The location offered easy access to stunning landscapes, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. upon arrival, the appearance of the property felt neglected, particularly with the dead plants and unclean tables in the breakfast area. a musty smell permeated the building, detracting from the otherwise pleasant stay.

Just a fine choice for a weekend stopover in Dyffryn Ardudwy with definitely value for money. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options that catered to various tastes. Be sure to check the shower. it was tricky for taller people.
